Two Upstate teens were arrested for breaking into two churches, according to the Greenville County Sheriff?s Office.
Investigators said on July 19 they got complaints that Washington Baptist Church and Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Greer had been burglarized.
Elex Tyrell Gregory, 19, and Dezmund Trevon Cohen,18 were charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of malicious injury to place of worship and petit larceny, according to the sheriff?s office.
Both teens were taken into custody by Greer Police Department on Tuesday and remain in the Greenville County Detention Center.?
